Coastal resiliency and sustainability are currently very hot topics thanks to environmental disasters and political lawsuits. Using GIS to identify the where and when of a shifting coastline can lead to the answers for the how, why and who is responsible for what. This session highlights how two coastal professionals are using GIS to build sustainable and resilient coastlines for Louisiana and beyond.
